More Cowbell...

More Cowbell. Lately, the phrase has come to denote the Obama administration's efforts to promote the Democrats' health care plan (whatever it is). Personal appeals by the President are the "cowbell."

Acorn: How do I Prosecute Thee? Let me Count the Ways

The analogue: The Democratic Party begot the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN), and ACORN subsequently begot Barack Obama; ACORN is also involved in an intimate and symbiotic relationship with the Democratic Party. It also participates in a contrasting and mutually exclusive relationship with conservatism, and the idea of democracy.

The Left created a branded phrase by associating Dick Cheney with Halliburton: Cheney = Halliburton, Halliburton = Cheney, and so went their mantra. In a reciprocally befitting effigy, Obama and ACORN are, at their respective foundations, inseparable. Why? Historical and present affiliations. Obama started with ACORN, learned his tactics from ACORN, and is still a staunch supporter, and vice-versa. Obama = ACORN, ACORN = Obama.

What is this organization ACORN? ACORN is an organized crime syndicate. Don’t blame me; blame the generally accepted definition of an organized crime syndicate. ACORN’s transgressions are documented, and continue, to this day, to substantiate that they are a confederation of crooks, a centralized criminal enterprise. Their expanse is spread throughout the United States, operated by criminals for the purpose of engaging in illegal activity. But their one weakness was operating under a business model of attaining a monopolistic grip on the industry of voter fraud. They were the consummate professionals at subverting the democratic process of voting. But times and circumstances change and businesses must adapt or be left behind. So ACORN evolved.

[...]

Criminal enterprising aside, the fundamental issue with even the very existence of ACORN is that the organization is a fanatical supporter of the Democratic Party; the use of federal funds, and their legitimate and illegitimate voter registrations of only Democrats, reflects this. Mathematical probability would exclude even one Republican registrant by ACORN.

Consider the exact scenario if James O’Keefe and Hannah Giles had walked into a Salvation Army, a church, or any GOP office and displayed their criminal aspirations? There would have been an attempt change their direction, or a prompt call to the authorities. Or both. That, my friends, is indicative of the fundamental difference between a conservative and a liberal. And they want to run this country.
Indeed.
